CHANGE HELMET SIZE
MY HELMET IS TOO TIGHT/TOO LOOSE. WHAT CAN I DO?
If you feel like your helmet doesn't fit as well as it could, Forcite is here to help and ensure you’ve got the perfect fit before you hit the road. Please complete and submit the form below, and someone from our customer support team will reach out via email as soon as possible.
Our team will then work with you to determine the best cause of action for your personal situation, eg. whether you require different sized padding, or if you need a larger/smaller sized helmet all together.
PLEASE NOTE - DO NOT remove any stickers or labels from your helmet or fit any accessories (visors, Pinlock) if you are unsure of the fit. In order to be eligible for an exchange, any returned items must be in the same condition they were in when they were delivered (brand new, in the original packaging, accessories not fitted). Forcite reserves the right to determine what is acceptable, or unacceptable for exchange.
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
Sometimes people fall between sizes and require a custom fit. In this circumstance, we want to help out as much as possible. If you require different sized padding, we’ll let you know which size you need to order, and provide you with special pricing to get you sorted.
If you need to exchange your helmet for another size, our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your helmet to us, then send you a new one once we’ve received and checked your original helmet.
PLEASE NOTE - In the event of a helmet exchange, any costs and/or processes associated with returning the original helmet to Forcite are the responsibility of the customer. However, Forcite will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement helmet.
You are only required to send the helmet, helmet bag, and certificate of authenticity in the original MK1S box. Please do not send any other items/accessories.
WHAT SIZES DO THE HELMETS COME IN?
The internal shape of our helmets is intermediate oval, and they come in the following sizes/measurements:
To measure and determine which size best suits your head, wrap a measuring tape around your forehead approximately 2cm above your eyebrows and ears. Pull the tape snug and read the length. Repeat for good measurement, and use the largest measurement.
Cheek pads are available in thicknesses ranging from 20mm to 35mm. Our team will ensure that you know which items/size to order if you need a replacement.
